It gives me a nice minute to calm down, breathe, and remember to talk to Hashem.
Saying these Bitachon statements out loud is rubbing off on my family. One of my kids wasn’t feeling well. My 4 year-old went over and said, "Don’t worry - Hashem is taking care of you!"
This program was amazing! Bitachon is was something I really wanted to work on but it just felt so overwhelming and didn’t know how to start. You helped me work on it with real practical day-to-day examples.
